Congratulations on your engagement! We look forward to providing you with the best service on your Wedding Day, portrait date and any other dates you require makeup service. To keep us both protected and committed to one another there is a contract that we both will sign. This locks in your date and secures your appointment times. Please advise us of the amount of people that require makeup and hair 2 months prior to your wedding date so that we can reserve times and provide you with a sufficient amount of artists and stylists. As we are hiring enough people to accommodate your party, your final bill will reflect the headcount specified on the contract. Any changes that cause us to be unprepared are not our responsibility however we will do the best we can to accommodate your needs. Below you will find the contract and payment schedule for services rendered. Thanks for choosing The Makeup Maven and Company. A two week cancellation 

policy is in effect which will result in a charge of %50 of the total for appointments booked if not canceled prior to two weeks before the wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable.

$50 Bridal Trial Makeup Consultation at Versi Salon $65 for Airbrush add $10 lashes

$100 non-refundable deposit required to hold appointments for makeup

$100 non-refundable deposit required to hold hair appointments

$75 Bridal Portrait at Versi Salon add $150 if at your location  add $15 for Airbrush

$65 and up Bridal Hair for Trial and Portrait at Versi   add $200 if on location

$75 Bridal Makeup at Versi Salon add $150 travel fee if at your location (up to 20 miles from salon,distances above this requires an extra travel fee of $25/hour) 

add $15 for Airbrush 

$65 Full Makeup for Moms and Bridesmaids add $15 for Airbrush and $10 for lashes

$25 Makeup for Flower girls 12 and under

$65 and up for Updos for Bride and Bridal party add $200 travel fee if at your location

Please sign and date the contract and return it promptly with the required deposit in order to hold your date and times. We commit that all our services will be offered in a timely and professional manner. By signing the contract you also acknowledge your commitment for the reservation of time in our busy schedules. Although this contract is legally binding, we hope and trust that it is simply a precaution taken to protect both of our investments. Thank you for understanding. Upon hiring The Makeup Maven and Company for makeup/hair services on and up till your wedding day, a $100/ ($150/200 if on location) non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment date and times. No appointments will be held without both the signed contract and deposit. This deposit will be credited to the bride’s final bill on Wedding day if  services are done in salon, otherwise it will serve as your on location fee down payment. No exceptions will be made for required deposit. Cancellation after booking and paying deposit will result in forfeiture of full deposit. All fees pertaining to makeup/hair services rendered for trial consultation, portrait session, etc. will be payable immediately at time of service.

 

We commit to a professional level of service that will be provided to you during all required makeup events. In order to offer our best service, we require that you give us the final headcount for makeup three weeks prior to the wedding date. Add-ons will be at the discretion of the hired makeup artist as we will not compromise our professionalism. Makeup artist shall not be held responsible for last minute additions, however; we will do the best that we can to accommodate.
